Car giant BMW’s multi-million pound state of the art engine assembly plant in the heart of “motor industry” country, called for stylish, contemporary designs in the atrium, servery and toilet areas, while practical, robust, heavy-duty ceramics were utilised in the Engine Test Cells where the engines are constantly being put through their paces.

These highly specialist areas had to be grouted in acid/oil resisting epoxy grouts creating an impervious surface that is easy to clean and maintain. As approved installers of the “direct injection” method of epoxy grouting, our specially trained team carried out application by forcing the grout under pressure into the joints, filling every cavity and providing maximum stability to this heavy duty, corrosive installation.
